They then advised DHL to destroy the Goods, Goods were destroyed as per shipper request and they are claiming they didn’t order it to be destroyed but DHL have emails confirming the fact

I decided 3 weeks ago to look into purchasing new mobile phones ( As I am a Mobile phone Retailer )
I sourced a company from China who claimed to provide the phones I was after. After I looked around on there site I noticed they had a Trustpass profile and were gold members which I assumed to be safe ( BIG MISTAKE!!! ) So I selected the model I wanted and decided to place a test order for 1 unit.
