We have placed an order of Caustic Soda with this Chinese company but instead of Caustic Soda we received Pure salt. We kept asking them for their COA but there was no answer.
Bad quality – declines each time I ordered from this supplier. First order was OK, the second – 10% of units failed. Third order – we had to fix all units to make them work – supplier credited us $500usd to do this.

Without the official and original Bill of Lading transferred from the seller to the buyer, the buyer can’t take possession of the goods. The suppliers have a lot of leverage when they control the B/L. If your relationship turns sour, the supplier can manipulate the situation and use this leverage to extract additional payments from you.

We asked Hebei Best Co., Ltd for a quotation and they gave us a very good price.
