Minel Eggs have forwarded me copies of fraudulent documents relating to shipping. Minel Eggs is the same company as Asalet Group of Factories, mentioned several times on the Supplier Blacklist website!
Without the official and original Bill of Lading transferred from the seller to the buyer, the buyer can’t take possession of the goods. The suppliers have a lot of leverage when they control the B/L. If your relationship turns sour, the supplier can manipulate the situation and use this leverage to extract additional payments from you.
A growing number of listings at Supplier Blacklist involve scams targeting buyers of famous brand electronics. The China Sourcing Information Center did a great video exposing the scam in detail. Find some of his key points and a link to the video in this article.
My experience is that this scammer asks for 50% upfront payment, which means he takes half of the amount and then disappears. This guy is a big time scammer, creating new websites to steal from the public. Verify the proforma invoice very well. Never pay any deposit when the seller requires 50% of the money.
VNsky processed the order and send us the shipment few days after. Note that all the processed order seems to be professional. We’ve received the items with the good marking on the integrated circuit but it was fake ICs. We burned the first boards when we’ve tried to use this IC… The VNSKY IC , coming from China, originally are coming from THAILAND.
