We have order Dell laptop to Beijing Forever Electonic Export & Import Development Co., Ltd on Nov 29th, 2014 and paid $152,which is all inclusive, through western union. Next day Ms.Stacy Chen sent an email asking for additional $137 towards customs fee and paid the same through Western Union.Next again, she is demanding for another $200 towards import certificate. Then I realized that ” we were cheated by this company”.
