I ordered a package in the summer. The seller sent the parcel with the Chinese track ID (valid only until the border of China). Now I doubt that the seller sent the parcel. Two months later, I opened a dispute. The seller is politely asked to close the dispute.
I have not received my order. I have opened a PayPal dispute to reclaim my money, and the only response I have received is one asking me to ‘close the dispute’ and then I will receive my purchase. As I am sure you know, once a dispute is closed it cannot be re-opened. So this is not going to happen.
On September 2, 2015 I ordered 5 winter caps from Winwinstep at Aliexpress. The parcel didn’t arrive and I extended the buyer protection time several times. And instead of helping me and solving my problem the seller blatantly lied to me claiming that she had extended the buyer protection time and there was no risk for me…
When the production is ending he sends fake tracking number and asks to close the dispute. If i try to contact him now, he sends always the same response.
