Ordered Solar panels and LED panels from this supplier. they did try and send the wrong panels, but i managed to sort this out through photos of what they where sending and they after arguing about it finally sent the panels I had ordered. …but this was not the end of the story.

This Chinese supplier agreed on all terms and conditions of our working together. Mark said he was happy to do artwork. at the end the supplier wouldn’t comply with what we agreed on. we paid for the FedEx of samples, bought samples and sent them to the supplier. at the end of this, Mark told me to cancel the order, he didn’t want to do it and that it was too late for my delivery date – we gave him 3 months and now we won’t be able to have cosmetics in our store for Christmas sales, this supplier has cost me a lot of money.

About six months ago we contact Ms.Alice to order chemicals from them. They sent prices and after few months we decided to order samples from them. Last month we purchase order for samples for 650 USD. After that, the Chinese supplier asked for extra payment of 300 USD because of some issue on production. We refused to pay extra money and ask for refund.
