In 2015 I ordered six items they had been making for me for many years. One of the billiard ball sets, 1950 units, was completely defective. This amounted to c. $40,000 USD paid to the factory. After we alerted them of the problem, they operated under the name of Ball Ease Enterprises Co., Ltd. then, they simply changed their name to Bola Nueve and ignored the defects they shipped to me. They ripped me off.
