We discussed and confirmed the details of a clothing production with this Chinese supplier for almost 6 months, but after 3 months of signing the contract for production, and paying for the 30% deposit. Supplier demanded price per unit needs to be increased in order to move forward with our production. Production at this point was 1 month past the agreed upon delivery date. This is why we insisted on making our payment through PayPal.
This site is a scam (http://www.nikekingshoes.ru/index.asp) and the email address (email@example.com AKA MsAlina). I made an order and paid them and first they told me the stuff I ordered was not in stock and to pick something else, eventually a week later they sent me an email stating that my package was in customs and I needed to pay 70% of the original cost of what I paid for the merchandise as they paid 30%. They said if I don’t pay customs would destroy the package.
I have been in contact with Adale Zhong from Dongguan Purson Gifts Limited. We required accessories for our child safety product here in Australia. After weeks of frustration, I cancelled my order and demanded I be refunded my 30% deposit amount of $1329.55. Of course that has not come after many attempts.
I recently ordered a jean from a company based in Australia, After more than 2 weeks, I received my order, except what I had been sent was a vastly inferior pair of jeans. I have messaged them numerous times with no reply and the jean was sent from 1209 HuQing Ping Gong Road Shanghai, China, not from Australia!!
At first they helped a lot and the samples were great and perfect. Almost to good to be true. Once I placed the initial order, they started with all kind of lame excuses.
My experience was fast. I purchased dresses through this site, once I made the purchase an email was sent showing my purchase. My red flags went up when I was contacted the next day that my order would be on hold unless and until I provide this company with a clear color photo of my Drivers License and Credit Card.
Absolutely the worst experience of my entire car rental life. Never before have i been met with a more unsavory attitude, combined with the utmost disregard for a customers wishes. I began this abominable experience by booking through Rental Cars. By the way, i do not blame Rental Cars whatsoever. I hired myself a nice little Nissan Juke. Having arthritis in my hip and knee, i thought this car would be more suitable for my needs. …
First off, I am not saying that Alibaba itself it is scam. Imagine how hard it would be for them to monitor a database the size of Alibaba to keep out the scams and rip offs. So my point in writing this blog post is simply to warm buyers not to rely solely on the directory to enforce the professionalism of the suppliers found on the given directory. It is up to us, the buyers, to do our own due diligence before we send money and issue purchase orders.
After two and a half months, Guoke Zhang claims he sent the parcel but that I didn’t sign for it so that it was returned to him. He then demanded another $20 to re-send the product. However, I never received it. The tracking shows the parcel never left China!
I placed my second order with Shijiazhuang Fine Textile Co., Ltd. They missed all of our deadlines and after months of stress and pushing them they finally shipped my goods 3-4months after the agreed date. I have tried to discuss these matters with Shijiazhuang Fine Textile Co., Ltd for 6months and they will not take my phone calls, answer my skypes or respond to my emails.
