Hakkalights – Manager Bill Chen – supplied to us maybe 10 shipments of LED bulbs and down-lights. Each shipment came with other defects, wrong light colors, wrong printing etc. Since I know Bill Chen personally and treated him as a friend, even hosted him in my home, I had no idea that one day he would cheat me so much.
Expre-Lighting
Once LED lights have been sent to us all items had no quality and poor packaging. Most items where not brand new. It’s like refurbished. Even new items won’t work. When asking for replacement, they just keep ignoring us and keep asking money to send and holding our new purchase and we even paid advance for the shipment fees.
