User Experience:
We know Megatron-IC Company Limited (Megatronic) through an acquisition-call and a subsequent promotional mail in February 2023. Several inquiries/quotations followed.
The main contact is Aubree Liao.
A first small order (#1) has been placed by us in the beginning of March 2023. It was delivered approximately two weeks later. Everything was perfect.
Our second order (#2) was placed in the mid of March 2023. A bigger one, consisting of two different items. They have sent their proforma-invoice, which was paid immediately by us. Megatronic confirmed the receipt of our payment 2 days later.
One week after receipt of our payment, they informed us that for item 1 the price would not be valid any longer (total original item value was around USD 3.000).
The new price for this item should be now approximately three times the original price.
They proposed to cancel this item and to refund the price. Another proposal was to offset against other orders.
After several fruitless complaints, trying to force them to deliver at original price, we cancelled the complete purchase-order. – The 2nd item was around USD 100 worth only.
This complete cancellation was impossible, as they argued with their company policy. So, item 1 had been cancelled only.
Before this happened, there had been placed a third purchase-order (#3) with a total value of around USD 2.700. It was paid in time, the receipt of payment was confirmed two days later.
Two weeks later, they informed us that this (already confirmed) payment (#3) would be still missing. They could not find our money on their account any more. – Instead of shipping the items, they preferred to threaten us with storage cost, because the items would have been stocked for a long time, waiting for our payment.
As they could not find our payment, they made an offset against the cancelled item 1 of our purchase-order #2.
We asked them not to do so, because the whole would end in a total chaos, when mixing different orders with other payments. – They did it anyway:
Delivery of item 2 of order#2 together with items 1-3 of order#3 against payment of order#2. – Credit should be a rest of around USD 300.
This delivery took around six weeks from placing the order.
In late April 2023 they found and confirmed our payment for order#3, which was credited to their account on 23.03.2023 already. – Megatronic really needed 4 weeks to find our payment!
Due to this mix of orders and payments, actually there is a total credit of around USD 3.000 on their account.
They refuse to send it back to our account. – Everything according to their company policy.
We remember that she proposed a refund for order#2, item 1, in her first mail.
Our contact, Aubree, underlines that she has no authority to decide. Her manager had made the decision to offset our credit against new orders.
This is no feasable solution for us.

Aubree hides behind her manager.
In order to discuss this with him directly, she gave us his mail-address. – This address does not exist. Attempts to reach the management have been without success. All contact-details given on their website do not exist. All mails could not be delivered.

Looking back, we can sum up that this company is a fake.
No address is mentioned on their website anymore, no contact possible, phone-no. and contact-mail-address do not exist in reality.
Everything was planned very well from Aubrees’ first contact-call in February.
To make this forced chaos nearly untraceable, Aubree did not only mix orders and payments. Mail-threads concerning the different orders have been mixed as well.

In the end, she informed us that she would lose her position because of a bad relationship with customers. – A good opportunity for her, to bring this story to an end… – our USD 3.000 are still missing.
