(Can’t be trusted with sending Advance payment nor with placing any order as per our recent experience with ALLO CALIBRATION since readiness of items got delayed by 14days from the date of receiving payment to them and also refund till date has not received(refund delayed by 21 days)

(since they are not at all following any of their commitment till date and its 33days now) only lies.

(Not registered as the company antecedent have been checked from website of Ministry of Law, Republic of Indonesia) and no commitment at all.
Non Commitment provided by ALLO CALOBRATION: They lied Items are In stock while Quoting via Email and as per proforma invoice after they said to send advance payment than only their accounts department shall release ordered items for showing photos and after they have received payment on 27th March 2023 they said it will take 3 days for readiness was not followed items were not ready till 10th April and on 6th April they had informed via email if items not ready by 10th April 2023 they will refund as per attachement
As from date of receiving advance 27th March till 10th April after continuous repeated follow up for two weeks for readiness of order placed items still the items could not get ready by their end due to which order was cancelled and also it was confirmed by them they will refund if by 10th April they are unable to supply (attached email for your reference).
On 6th april they had informed they will refund money paid to them i.e 2515USD if they are unable to supply by 10th April.
11th April they informed they are processing with their bank and shall update
However till date we have not received the refund nor any of their email replies also they are not picking any of our phone calls.
We tried to contact them by phone calls and email several time given reminder to them however they are not at all replying after 12th April
also Consulate of Jakarta Indonesia tried to contact them via phone calls and email they disconnected their phone calls and email however they are not lifting their phone nor replying their email.
After repeated phone call and emails they are not responding about refund status its been 21 days from the date of refund confirmation still refund till date has not been received causing in convenience to us.
Please check with consulate of Jakarta of Indonesia before placing any order to this supplier.
since our experience dealing with this supplier on commitment for the readiness of ordered items and refund commitment was not good at all.
never send advance payment unless they share photo of readiness or send email of readiness of items
bank account name should match with company name
