After searching on google for the requested materials, I have sent many emails to the found addresses, One of them was sent back to me on my WhatsApp number, She’s named “Kathy” For a sure fake name with a fake profile picture.
She was sent an initial Proforma invoice with the lowest price compared with other received offers.
They asked for 100% T/T, and after a long negotiation, we agreed on 75% as a down payment, 25% before shipping, and a delivery time of 3-5 working days.
after about two weeks of delay, she was sent pictures of the requested pipe but not painted, we asked to paint them, but she requested a balance payment of 25% to cover the painting cost.
After sending the balance payment, she delayed us again. and said that our order cannot be shipped by LCL, She asked to add more items to order to ship them by a container.
I asked her to send an Invoice and packing list, and I will arrange the shipping.
I asked her to refund the amount but till now no answer to my messages by email or WhatsApp.

Don’t trust any company in China, Don’t pay a down payment of more than 25%, and don’t pay the balance payment before they send the bill of lading and invoices.
Use email with your communication and request to add the manager in CC.
