I had order 7.2 ton of aluminium foil jumbo rolls. But when I received the goods . All the boxes have only half of the material. As per company they had packed 9 boxes and each box had 6 rolls. But I have received 3 rolls in every box. So the total net weight of goods received was around 3.6 tons only.
the company is a big fraud. They accept that they have done fraud and they say to make compensation against next order of 50 tons material and quote me a very high price for the product. In fact they want to make a new fraud with me .

WE BUY LCL CONSIGNMENT SO WE COULD NOT TRACK AND VERIFY THE WEIGHT OF THE MATERIAL IN THE PORT . IT IS ADVISABLE TO NEVER BOOK AN LCL CONSIGNMENT AND ALWAYS BOOK A FULL CONTAINER AND ALSO BETTER NEVER TO BOOK THE CONTAINER FROM THE FACTORY . IT WOULD BE BETTER TO BOOK FROM SHIPPING AGENTS WHO CAN GIVE CORRECT WEIGHT DETAILS IN BILL OF LADING.
I RECEIVED THE BILL OF LADING MENTIONING THE FULL WEIGHT OF THE MATERIALBUT WHEN IT REACHED MY CUSTOMS OF DESTINATION IT WEIGHTED ONLY HALF OF THE MATERIAL.

(BILL OF LADING CAN CHANGE ANY WEIGHT . THE CUSTOMS IN CHINA DONT EVEN MATCH IT WITH THE PRODUCT ACTUAL WEIGHT. ITS A BIG SCAM AND TAMPERING IN CHINA)
