It took us 2 months to finalize this order—two camper caravan. Due to the COVID-19, we cannot visit the Chinese factory, so we choose the online video factory inspection. It was good at the beginning, just from the appearance, we cannot see the details. We cannot foresee the bad quality and technique. The bad skill, we told them again and again that the caravans will be put beside the beach, thus they need to use high quality screws to do anti-rust, but they didn’t. We told them we need wood, not white color, it is easy to distinguish the two colors, isn’t it? But it seemed difficult for them, or they don’t care about the customer’s request at all. We told them we need the caravans in a hurry, and they promise to ship it in time, but they delayed again and again, and finally, two months later, they shipped the two caravans. But when we got the caravans, the cabinet dropped on the floor, and they are many broken and scratches without any protection.
