We are TNA Vietnam Trading Co., Ltd. As signed Contract on 22 September, 2022. We agreed to buy 06 tons of Caprolactam from Hebei Disha Import and Export Trade Co., Ltd. with price of 1,417 US$/ton.
Then, we transferred them full of money, TT by 100%.
However, when we received shipments at our port, we discovered that they sent us only 01 tons of Caprolactam; 05 other tons of fake goods (It is fly ash – this is not allowed to import to Vietnam).
We tried many times to contact them for solving this issue; However, they did not cooperate with us and do not refund money or change the fake goods for us.
