User Experience:
Our company has started cooperation with above supplier on hot dip galv.coils. Firstly, supplier has provided all the information, certificates from factory, and all other the necessary info. Manager who we contacted replied us very quick and she was in contact always.

Finally, after all the details, checking prices and other conditions, we have signed Contract and proforma invoices on orders we planned to buy. The doubt started after we paid a deposit. Firstly, this supplier unformed us that it is not possible to deliver goods before Spring festival in China.

Moreover, boss of this company was surprisingly against payment term which we initially agreed – deposit and the balance against BL (against telex release) when goods arrive to destination port (it was FOB terms). Boss and his colleagues convinced us that they are not agree if we deliver goods by our forwarder and our agent because they don’t trust to any agent (only if they provide), and they are are afraid that we will deliver goods to our port and will not pay them and take goods.

However, we tried to urge them that it is not possible to make Customs clearance and take goods without telex release which is asked by agent from the Seller. After the discussion we agreed to pay the balance before shipment after the 3rd party checking and inspection. After some time supplier informed us that steel prices on Chinese market has increased a lot and they are not able to sell us goods at prices which we agreed before. The discussion about prices has lasted for 2 months.

However, prices increased a lot. And for our company it is already not reasonable to buy goods at such high price. Supplier is still trying to convince us to buy goods at updated high prices while we are not agree.

Besides, supplier has already in not so good contact with us as before trying to avoid our messages and emails. Of course, the supplier is still not ready to return deposit , we offered this way to solve the problem for many times.

There are many local companies in the north of China who are still consider that it’s ok to cheat their customers who don’t care about their reputation. Especially, it happens in industry of steel products.
