User Experience:
The supplier sold my order to another importer. The payment terms were “after delivering the goods at destination port”. But, when the goods arrives, the market fell drastically and we requested a promotional discount. The supplier accepted it and we paid USD 188,494,43 on June/22. For our surprise, the exporter received the amount but sold the material to another Brazilian importer without a previous warning. We also paid for all local expenses including handling in and out in the destination port. Companies around the world need to know because they are embezzlers.

This situation is special because in most of the time, the risk is linked to the exporter. This is true. But, they accepted to reduce the price because the market is unstable and we paid according to the agreement. Actually, they got my money and sold the material to another importer. This is bad faith, dishonesty, and fraud. We don’t know how we can prevent a situation like this.
