User Experience:
The seller, Global Semicon, sent us the purchased parts. During the testing of the manufactured boards the parts provided by the seller burned down alongside damaging the rest of the board enough for it to be entirely scrapped. It is quite evident the parts provided by the seller are not original. Not refunded the money but given us credit for the sum. This time the damage is too big and the sum paid for those parts too big to accept credit so we wanted a refund. They, instead, wanted us to send all the parts back so they could „check“ those themselves. The return address they provided, although, was not in South-Korea as to where their company supposedly is registered, but in Hong Kong. They will not answer to my questions as to why we should send these to Hong Kong nor will they suggest sending the parts to a 3rd party testing facility. They just want us to send the parts back. By now they have stopped communicating with me in the subject of a refund. The only person that has ever communicated with our company in Global Semicon is a person using email address amber@globalsemicon.net signed as Amber Park (앰버 파크). The company web page suggests they also use email addresses such as: Donna@globalsemicon.net and Sunny@globalsemicon.net. The more I have searched and looked back on our history with Global Semicon, the more it feels that there is no big company behind this but a just a scammer that writes under different names. There had been issues with that seller before (we have discovered those later while in production) but the seller had credited those for us. In one case a 3rd party had conducted testing and an acetone test proved the parts to be counterfeited.

I have learned to do a very profound background check to the non-official distributors, avoid buying when there are no net terms and get as much personal and company information directly from the seller. I advise other buyers to never buy from Global Semicon Inc. because there is a very high probability of receiving faulty or non-functional counterfeited goods.
