I’m Pey Pey, Purchaser from Vector Development Sdn Bhd, a company in Malaysia. On 6th of July2022, I placed and order(our PO no. VPO220701) to Printec Electronics LLC and completed the payment via Bank TT on the next day. On 25/July, the person in charged named Kristen Akers was informed the order had been released and we shall get it on 27/July.
But till today, we still did not receive our order. I did asked for the tracking number and Shipping Invoice from Kristen Akers, but she did not provide and stop reply to my email since 3/Aug. I also requested for full refund, but still a no reply from her.
Besides of Kristen Akers, I also Cc. the email to their Sales Department (sales@printecelectronics.com) and Logistics Department (logistics@printecelectronics.com), but we don’t get their response as well.
