I purchase a laser cooling machine from Sincoheren in March of 2022 via a sales agent Fiona Cao. Never delivered asked many times for tracking number never gave me tracking info then asked for refund and told no. Got the run around to wait for goods. Then contacted by shipper that they were never paid. Sincoheren would not pay the shipper and they impounded the machine. Shipper said Sincoheren does this all the time and will no longer ship goods for them. Meanwhile I have no machine as it has been impounded by shipping company because Sincoheren never paid them.

Don’t buy from Sincoheren or any of its sales representatives. You will lose money, they don’t follow through with delivery.
