It’s started on early November 2022 when we contacted with INNER MONGOLIA LUDINGYUAN,
the sales introduce their company by email and WhatsApp.
During our communication they have provided all the documentation COA,TDS , MSDS and Photo packaging of product, they had detailed knowledge about product, but they said never export to Indonesia before. They provided COPY BL with blank customers’ name from previous shipment to others country, and we believe they’re legit company.
– On 14 November 2022, we make a deal with them about price and delivery schedule, They sent us formal quotation by email and we issued 2 PO to them on the same day. Total Value of order is
1st PO : USD 38400 ( Payment terms : 50% in Advance and 50% after copy bl , Shipment 5days after receiving the deposit )
2nd PO : USD 87500 ( Payment terms : 30% in Advance and 70% after copy bl, Shipment 2weeks after receiving the deposit )
– On 17 November 2022 we make advance payment for 2 PO with total value : USD 45450
– On 17 November 2022 we issue 3rd PO with total Value : USD 87500 ( Payment terms : 20% in Advance and 80% after copy bl, Shipment 2weeks after receiving the deposit )
– On 23 November 2022 we make advance payment for 3rd PO with total Value is USD 17500
Now total deposit we paid for 3 PO is : USD 62950.
– On 22 November they gave us delivery schedule as below :
Shipping Schedule Luding Yuan:
– 1st PO : ETD 29 Nov , ETA 09 Dec.
– 2nd PO: ETD 4 Dec , ETA 22 Dec.
And we confirm this schedule.
– On 1 December 2022 they inform us that delivery schedule for 1st and 2nd PO is delay, new schedule for 1st PO is ETD 11 December 2022 , ETA 23 December 2022 , and still waiting new schedule for 2nd PO.
– On 4 December they inform that all PO is postpone because of Covid in China, all factory is stop production.
– On 5 December we sent them email that asked for to return our deposit if they can’t deliver the goods. And after this email really hard to contacted them.
We asked them to refund our money since 5 December 2022 , they said okay will return it asap but until now, we never get our money or goods.
Can we call this company fraud?
