I found you an paper on a website, stablished contact with Linda (sales manager) she sent me samples of what I was requesting and we agreed a price, we made advance payment for 30% of our order and once it has been finished, she sent pictures and videos of the products ready to ship. Our negotiation was FOB but she didn´t want to use our forwarder then I accepted to use hers after there was a problem with covid we waste 1 month on it, later she mentioned goods can´t be shipped and she was going to send the money back but I have waited for 3 weeks and money hasn´t arrived to my account.
