Absolute disgrace! I have purchased over 15 HIFU devices from this company, I received a warranty for 3 years on each device. The warranty was never applied to any of the issues. I have had ongoing issues with the devices stopping all the time. I have changed up to 5 mother boards on one device and up to 3 on most. The devices glitch all the time. Delivery is good but not worth the heart ache my customers have had. It is always a fight with the owner Sindy of this company and May, Karla and Joy to fix the devices and they want me to keep purchasing the faulty parts. I had no other choice as my customers need to work. I have been made to purchase screens, mother boards, hand pieces all the time. Sometimes i have been made to purchase multiple times in a month. It is the worst experience i have ever gone through in my 20 years of dealing with China. We all know they can be bad but this company is the worst. Every machine purchased has had issues. I could not change as i had paid to get TGA listing for this Device. It turns out not even TGA can help with such devices. Today i had 2 machines faulty, sitting in our warehouse with my engineers waiting for help from them and they will no longer answer which makes me think this is not even a proper manufacturer. They buy from others. The pain and heart ache i have endured listening to my customers cry with no help is truly so sad and we can not do anything about it. They are double the price than any other on consumables their cartridges are $400 USD and when others (exactly the same) are $100 USD and under.

Please stay away from this company, all their devices become faulty immediately and there is no after sales support! See below photos this happens every week. Machines always need parts. Their parts keep failing. They NEVER accept responsibility.

Hello Shely, yes everything is resolved and now everything is so good. I was dealing with an employee that has been fired from her job. I am very happy and we have not had not one problem.
