In August I purchase laces with custom logo on ends. I also had our logo engraved on a metal cord stopper. I was dealing directly with the owner of the business, Hakim zhu. The delivery time was months behind schedule. We I finally received the bulk order the quality of the ends were not suitable for resale. I contacted the seller and he said that my design was the problem. The seller refused to address the problem. I finally received a small portion of my funds with trade assurance. The seller was rude and the quality of the product is constant with this seller being a scammer. Also Hakim made extra quantities of a stopper with my logo printed on them. He is now selling the branded stoppers. I told the seller that this was my IP and he asked to see my China registered IP documents.
