I gave first order of Bearing model: ZSL192317 with cage to supplier FBF BEARING (They are also known as Shanghai Xianbgo Trading co.)
I had asked initially photos of bearings before payment however they claim to send photos of bearing only after complete advance payment.
As i had send them advance payment they first lied they received payment after one week however i had confirmed with bank in four days payment came to their beneficiary account.
2nd lie they committed in email id they are unable to supply same bearing i.e ZSL192317 with cage they will return the payment however it is 42days from November 3rd i had sent payment i have not received payment not bearings they are able to supply as per requested same bearing ZSL192317 with cage
They payment sent was merchant trading so any other bearings will not be acceptable since they are saying now to buy some other product instead of this bearing which is totally non commitment it was very clear before order and advance payment that if bearings not same return the money however they are saying they have usd limit issue they are nor returning money in RMB or other currency even.
Nor they are able to supply bearings raised in their proforma i.e ZSL192317 with cage.
Before they were forcefully trying to import un acceptable bearing model SL192317 without cage to my office i had clearly informed them either return my money in any currency or supply same bearings i.e ZSL192317 with cage.

FBF Bearing has resolved the issue they have have arranged to send the bearings ZSL192317 to me
due to covid and chinese new year they could not arrange bearings however they supported me with right resolution and bearings soon i shall receive and their product is Quote Good.
I Recommend their product also planning to buy more bearing from them in future
so it is highly recommended to buy bearings from them
