I found the company through the Alibaba on line portal. I made an initial inquiry with the company in May of 2021 and made a purchase decision in March of 2022. The person I dealt with was Jim Yao. He promised to ship in 15 days but made many excuses including lock downs due to COVID which sounded reasonable. Finally he said the wind turbine package was shipped. When I asked for shipping documents he ignored me. Finally I became more persistent and demanded shipping documents or a refund. Once I did this he ignored all future communications.

Ask more questions of the company, use the Alibaba payment system so you are covered in case of no delivery. I felt because they were listed on Alibaba, they would be legit – this is not necessarily the case.
