Our company was frauded by a Chinese supplier, the company name Shandong Huayao International trade. This company is located in Jinan, Shandong. We knew this company from Alibaba and purchased aluminum plates and bars via email in the amount of 96,039.17USD paid by L/C 100% at sight. Our company contacted with salesperson name is Jessica.

When the goods arrived, we got blocks of cement and trash with a full 40′ container. We tried to contact this supplier via phone call for getting the money back many times, but this supplier said that he will give a refund but also lied about the no quota for USD in China now. We have been trying to ask for a refund since the goods arrived (27 May 2022) until now.

Please be careful with this supplier, because this company dares to cheat China’s port and make fake documents for exporting.

Please do not trust oversea suppliers too much, that make you at risk. The inspector needed to check the goods before goods shipped.
