User Experience:
The company provides extremely low quality materials which are not meeting agreed specifications and does not live up to claimed warranty.

In May 2022, we ordered a small batch of solar panels from this company. 62pcs 410W panels and 90pcs 200W panels. The shipment reached us in in time. However, panels performed badly and clients started complaining. Our own tests revealed that output was substantially below specs.

In order to validate our findings, we had 14 panels tested in an official laboratory under standard test conditions (Test available). The power output of 200W panels averaged 128W in reality. The power output of 410W averaged 387W. All but one panel failed the test, most by an extremely large margin.

Both types of panels were labelled as positive selection (ie. having minimum the labelled power output under standard test conditions). We complained to the company and asked for a reimbursement/re, especially regarding the 200W panels. The company stalled for several months, in spite of the clear evidence from third party test laboratory. They refused to replace the bad quality shipment or reimburse.

After a lot of negotiation, the company offered a discount for a next order in the amount of 50% of the Watts delivered short. Since it has become evident throughout the conversation that this company does not have an internal quality assurance mechanism, let alone its own testing equipment we would not risk further business with this company. We strongly discourage working with them. While they claim to produce themselves, they simply buy cheap material from a variety of third party producers, put their own label on it and sell.

The company has diamond status in alibaba and features several verified certificates and verified company videos and a lot of verified sales. They write that they have their own factory, which is not true and could have been checked – which we didn’t. They know that most clients don’t test their equipment and wont notice an underperformance, as long as the visual impression is good.
