WE PLACE AN ORDER OF 27 TONS OF STAINLESS STEEL IN A MIX OF 55 ITEMS WITH THE COMPANY AND CONDUCTED A PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION OF THE MATERIAL. THE BL AND PACKAGING LIST WERE ALSO 27 TONS. HOWEVER, WE ONLY RECEIVED 24 TONS OF MATERIAL FROM SUPPLIER WHILE FULL PAYMENT WAS DONE BEFORE THE SHIPMENT, MISSING 3 TONS (8 ITEMS COMPLETELY) VALUED IN $12,000
