This is the worst company I have ever met, during my10 years import and export. They never give you some update before you ask, email reply is always “will update you” after many email pushing. Their contact number is +31202414814 always no answer, the odds can be reached are the same as winning the lottery.
The woman Saba B uses the email sales16@mlceurope.com to contact me, no positive reply after receiving my payment. After 1 month, my company received the fake parts. They let my company making functional testing instead of returning goods and refunds. The delivery note shows the sender is “BD ELECTRONICS LTD” and left a contact number, but the guy doesn’t admit it is BD company when I call back.

This is the real parts photo we received. Now MLC Europe BV even asking the testing agency to send the goods to their supplier, in the absence of a refund. Below are several points of their violating contract:
1. Our actual purchase quantity is 6000PCS, but the actual arrival is 3998PCS
2. We purchase new original parts, which must be in original packaging,
original labels, and original chips. The supplier promises to show the product
label photo before delivery, but they did not provide any information before we
received the goods.
3. The products we received are actually bulk new parts. The surface, bottom
and pins of the chip are obviously dirty and cannot be used. There is a
certificate of appearance inspection.
4. Test the electrical performance, 15PCS failed the test, there are serious
quality problems, there is a third-party test report, this is only an electrical test,
functional test has not been done.
