Unfortunately, we are forced to leave a review about our negative experience in doing business with this company. This company is positioning itself as a reliable manufacturer and a supplier of steel products. We signed a Contract for the supply of smls pipes, bars, steel plates. They even sent us the pictures of ready products before the shipment. But actually we received the different items with very poor condition and different dimensions, but not the contractually agreed. We understood that they sent us the fake pictures. We contacted with the company to clarify the situation, but they ignored us and didn’t reply to our e-mails and phone calls. I’m afraid that we are faced with scammers and swindlers.

A similar scam happened to us. We ordered ~$10k USD of aluminum tubing from this company and they shipped us the worlds slowest small crate of cheap steel tubing. The BOL showed 7 cubic meters of goods, but the actual shipment was only about 1 cubic meter, and cheap steel instead of aircraft aluminum. We thought something was wrong when then couldn’t provide any pictures of the packaged goods, and didn’t provide the test reports promised. Since we had found them on Alibaba, Alibaba did help get some of the money refunded, but it was still a losing transaction. It is clear they never intended to deliver the proper goods, and just hoped we would stop bothering them. Once we were on to them, they claimed they didn’t know anything about the order and we would need to talk to the boss, but they couldn’t ever provide contact information for the boss and the boss never reached out to help. It was only under the pressure from Alibaba that they were interested in doing anything, and Alibaba wouldn’t press too hard. Please don’t do any business with this company, and be very wary of many companies in Shandong, it seems there are a lot of scams in this area.
