This company which took 15000 USD to sell us the Royal Umbrella Thai HOM Mali Rice and did not deliver us any goods.
After that, several days later, they asked us to send a letter of cancellation of order because they could not send us the goods because of the high cost of freight.
However, since sending the order cancellation document since the 28 April 2022, this company has still not returned the 15000 USD, they do not answer our messages or our calls.
