User Experience:
1. We purchased and made transactions via email with this supplier, and made payments straight to their bank account (Shanghai Shuobao International Trade Co., Ltd). However, they asked us to sign the contract with a different company (Dongguan Yihong Trading Co., Ltd.) instead and told us this is their export representative.

2. Before this order, we placed our first order of 1-ton stainless steel round bar Grade 316L diameter OD20mm to sample the products, and they delivered the correct items.
Then we placed a second order of the same products, which was supposed to be our main order. They requested us to make a 20% upfront deposit, and the remaining balance was paid before the delivery/ship date. This time, unlike the first sample order, they delivered us the wrong products. What we received was stainless steel Grade 201 instead of steel 316L. This product is much cheaper, very low in quality, and they didn’t even deliver the correct amount of bars as stated in the contract. We contacted the sales manager (Rita Yang) and asked about these mistakes. She told us that they will check their warehouse and will get back to us, since then, It’s been 4 months and there is no replies or responding phone calls or texts on WhatsApp or WeChat. We have tried multiple ways to reach out to them but they completely ignore us.

This means they have multiple websites and businesses everywhere under slightly different names so they can continue to make more scams. Furthermore, they use other companies as their export representative, please refer to the details we list below and don’t get involved with them in any way. If you see this post after they scammed you, we would suggest reaching out to as many authorities as possible to stop them, such as the Chinese Embassy in your country, or even pay them a visit in China. Please also report their websites to Google or any other well-known platforms as well since this is the main source for them to scam buyers. We are still working on this case to fight for our justice, as well as learn how to stop these scammers for good.
