I CONTACTED THE FIRMA AT ALIBABA SITE ON THE 09TH OF AUGUST 21 FOR SOME ELECTRONIC PARTS
ON THE 26TH OF SEPTEMBER 21 WE CAME TO AN AGREEMENT
THEY SEND US THE INVOICE AT ALI BABA MESSENGER
WE MADE A DOWN PAYMENT ON THAT DAY SO THAT THEY SHOULD MAKE THE GOODS READY FOR SHIPMENT
AS SOON AS THEY INFORMED US THAT THE GOODS WERE READY FOR SHIPMENT WE MADE THE REST PAYMENT
ALL PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN DONE THROUGH PAYPAL
BUT UNFORTUNATELY SINCE THEN 27TH OF OCTOBER 21 WE ARE TRYING TO HAVE AN INFORMATION ABOUT OUR GOODS
NO REACTION
THE COMPANY DID NOT SEND THE GOODS OR REFUND THE MONEY
THEY REFUSE TO USE TRADE ASSURANCE AS WELL
THEY KEEP SAYING WE WILL SEND IT AND THEN DO NOT DRAGGING THEIR FEET
AND NO ANSWER SINCE 28TH OF JUNE 22
WE WOULD UPLOAD MORE EVIDENCE BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE COULD NOT UPLOAD A WINZIP FILE THEREFORE WE UPLOADED ONLY ONE MAIL CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND US
IN THIS MAIL THEY ARE CONFIRMING US THAT THE GOODS WILL BE SHIPPED ON THE 10TH FEBRUARY 2022
WE HAVE MORE THAN ONE HUNDRED SCREENSHOTS OF ALL CORRESPONDENCE WITH THE COMPANY AT ALIBABA MESSENGER SKYPE AND WHATSAPP
