I attempted to buy 5 litres of 1,4-BDO from this company for a sum of $500USD. The sales rep Alicia (+8615207137368 alicia@whlwax.com) seemed nice & honest. This was around April 11th & 12th 2022. When the package arrived at its destination it was forwarded to me & I was horrified to find that I only received barely 1 litre of 1,4-BDO in 10 100ml bottles.
Obviously I was not pleased & confronted Alicia, she never has replied back & eventually blocked me on WhatsApp. I asked why she would do this, if it was a sick joke, etc. no reply ever since that day. I can supply the entire chat that I grabbed from WhatsApp if requested.
