Soy autónomo y estuve comprando scooter eléctricos a un vendedor ( Shenzhen Qingmai Bicycle Co.,Ltd)A través de la plataforma de Alibaba. Compre mas de 100 de estos scooters.
Después de unos meses de uso algunos de mis clientes reportaron problemas con sus scooter
Me puse en contacto con el vendedor y acordamos enviar los scooter defectuosos a su almacén y ellos después me devolverían el dinero.
Los scooter se han devuelto, pero no me devuelven el dinero.
Además ahora algunos clientes me están devolviendo algunos scooter, el vendedor no contesta a mis mensajes y Alibaba no me da ninguna solución, a pesar de que en la pagina del vendedor en Alibaba pone garantía de 1 año.
He puesto muchas reclamaciones en Alibaba, pero no me dan ninguna solución, siempre me contestan lo mismo, que si han pasado 30 días no pueden hacer nada. Les he enviado pruebas de todo tipo, capturas de pantalla de las conversaciones mantenidas con el vendedor por el chat de Alibaba, los justificantes de entrega firmados de los scooter devueltos, capturas de pantalla de la garantía de que me prometieron y que Alibaba tienen en su página, facturas de compra, pero aun así no me ayudan en nada.
