Supplier delivered on time. The product failed to work during testing, burnt smell started from within the amplifier. We requested for spare part to replace which they do not send.
Supplier told us to open the amplifier and send picture, which we sent, one of the small boards was burnt. We requested supplier to send a spare board which we did not get so far, they are hesitant to send. We purchased other products also from then, for a total of USD.600. A spare board of $10 approx. we requested from the supplier.
