User Experience:
Early May 2022 we placed an order for one lot of SS tubes for appr. USD 80,000 to this company. The agreed delivery time was 4 weeks EXW.

All was confirmed by Xiongyi and we remitted the agreed 30 % down payment = USD 24k.

We constantly asked for an update on the production status without any proper reply and then after 3 weeks were informed that there were problems in the production and the ‘manager’ of Xiongyi decided that the tubes did not meet the required standard.

We asked for the name and mobile no. of the ‘manager’ to discuss this matter and to obtain more details but never received a reply. Also Bella Hou could no longer be reached by phone – first she allegedly was in hospital, then her mobile was broken and so forth.

Then at the end of May, Bella informed us that the tubes which were (supposedly) produced cannot be used and the factory has to run a new production but because of various (totally ridiculous) reasons they would have to increase the price from USD 80k to USD 160K. No evidence/photos where provided for our review.

To make a long story short, we did of course not accept it but cancelled the order and demanded the return of our down payment.

Xiongyi refused to do so and proposed to return just 30 % of the 24k to us. The arguing went on for 2 weeks and we finally settled for a return of 60 % of the down payment rather than going to court

Within minutes after receiving our email with the confirmation to accept the 60 %, Bella produced a really professionally looking ‘Agreement’ written both in Chinese and English which made it quite obvious to us that this was not the first time that this company ran this type of scam.

Do yourselves a favour and stay away from this company.
