User Experience:
I purchased 5 speakers and one amplifier as the initial order. Order was placed and full payment made in December 2021. We received the material in February 2022, this was sea shipment. The amplifier after playing for a few days, produced a burning smell. We found that the USB drive (used to play music from a USB stick) does not play any more. We informed the supplier (on April 18, 2022), they said they will check with the engineer. Then they replied that it is the fuse problem, then said the USB drive is faulty, then said the song i played has a different format. Then they told us to open the amplifier and send pictures which we did. The circuit board where the USB should be plugged on to, was burnt black. After seeing the pic, they took many days to respond. We requested only for the burnt board to replaced. Then they said the engineer is on holidays. After a few days, they replied that the burnt board should be working okay, and they can send some electronic components like a resistor. They said we can remove the board, take to a solder shop and solder the components on the the board. We have bought a new product, and we request only for the damaged board to be replaced. The cost of the amplifier is USD.60, a small board inside the amplifier which interfaces the USB drive may not cost more that USD.10, which they are not willing to send to us. Since April 18 we had been following up for a spare board which may cost less that USD 10 to make the amplifier work.

This company gives you somewhat okay products. If it works without any problem, you are lucky. But if something fails, then do not expect any support.
