該当ベンダーはHong Kong Inventoryで見つけました。価格も適切で在庫があるということで連絡を取り１度目の注文をしました。新品のオリジナルと言っていましたが実際は再生品で６％ほどの不具合品が出ましたがひっ迫している製品なので特に大きな問題にはしませんでした。２度目の注文時には１度目程度の不良率は予測していましたが１００％不具合品でした。不具合内容はメモリにプログラムの書き込みがあり消去できないようにロックしてあったというものです。それでベンダーに全数入れ替えもしくは返金を要求したところ返事が無く連絡もつきません。メールだけのやり取りだったので相手の素性はわかりません。今年の５月から６月の取引です。

User Recommendations:
とにかく全額前払いはしないこと。品不足でベンダーは支払条件を言ってきますがせいぜい半分程度のDepositで抑えるべきだと思います。あとメールだけでしか連絡出来ない相手は信用できません。組織を含め会社内容をちゃんとオープンにする相手が最低条件です。
