The absolutely worst company to deal with.
We bought a Velashape from this company and after a while ( 2 months maximum) we found our front part of 2 handles were broken. At first we thought that someone dropped the handles on the floor and therefore we simply ordered 2 new front parts.
Once we received the parts we were very careful about pushing the front parts to the actual handle and that was not easy at all so therefore we did contact
PZ Laser and they suggested that we should push it hardly – they even sent a video to show us how we should do.
I was not feeling comfortable because it was a hard way to do as they told us. Therefore I told PZ Laser that If we do it as shown on video then they must replace the front part If something breaks.
They were so smart and would not reply on that despite I tried several times.
Anyway at the end I did as there video showed and it was working but after a few times the front handle cracked exactly same place as before. Now we realized that we never dropped the handles on floor but actually the front part was forced to be placed correct and then this crack occurred.
I have been discussing with this company for a very long time and it seems like they do not want to take any kind of responsibility and If we do not want to pay they simply ignore us or talk to us like we are stupid.
We will suggest ALL to blacklist this company on all social medias.
We will do what is in our power to blacklist this company. We dont mind to spend money to harm them If we have to but we will never let them behave like they do.
