I made an order for 1,4-BDO, 5 litres from Alicia (+ 8615207137368 alicia@whlwax.com) for a sum of $500USD. The order arrived to the address it was sent to, when forwarded to me it was found to contain less than 1L of 1,4-BDO. When I tried to engage Alicia about this issue, she ignored me & eventually blocked me on WhatsApp.
