I had a very bad experience with purchasing product on Aliexpress, the company called “Inctel Technology Co., Ltd / Shenzhen Inctel Technology Co., Ltd” (http://inctel.com.cn/) sold a mini pc which I needed for my son for his exam preparations. The purchase was made in November 2021. The cost was £472.79. On the same day I received the item, it stopped working, so they asked me to send it back to their address: “RM1155-1160, Building C, Qing Hu Science & Technology Building, Qing Xiang Rd, Qing Hu, Long Hua District, Shenzhen, Guang Dong, China 518003”. I used Royal mail service and had to pay £71.50 for postage services.
After 1 month or so they sent me the same repaired item which again after 1 week stopped working again. They wanted me to send the item back to them again, but I declined to do so because I had to pay another £70 for the cheapest option of delivery. I told them that I ether can agree with free postage return for a repair or for a refund. They said that I will be contacted by the Aliexpress assistant in order to provide me with the free postage return. But nobody contacted me since then. So I feel I have been robbed, my son had troubles with exam preparations because most of the lessons took place online and I literally lost £544.29 including postage costs. I have sent them a notification that I am taking a legal action in order to solve the issue.
All conversation is recorded on the Aliexpress message system. I have scans of the postage and photos of the fault item. I read google’s reviews about Aliexpress and found that many people got trapped in the same issue with postage costs. It would not be a problem for me if the amount was small. I hope such situations won’t take place in future as from my perspective they literally can send any crap and have no obligation and responsibility for their actions. Aliexpress Order ID:
