The supplier and I developed a new product together. We clarified multiple times, that he was not allowed to share the product design with 3.RD parties of any sort and was not allowed to put on his website. He agreed and promised multiple times. During development the supplier took more and more time, didn’t deliver, tried to increase percentages without telling me and sabotaging development. He then stopped contact and put the product on his website. He told me he will block me and sell the product to other buyers. Also he said he will get a patent on the product in China to stop me from purchasing. He did block me, still has my product on the website and wants to sell to others. The sales managers name is Daryl. His alibaba name is: Ella Jiao.
