User Experience:
My three main complaints are that : 1. I paid $120 US for a sliding widow to be placed in the trailer and it was not; 2. I paid $410 for a split AC to be shipped with the trailer and it was not; 3. I requested that the appliances be US grade in terms of voltage and hertz and they sent me China grade appliances that cannot be used on Bahamas electricity grid.
Mr. Ray Wang has been very horrible during this whole ordeal. They are denying that a split AC was not sent when I have video proof of my dad opening the Trailer at the port and no Split AC being inside. They refuse to have any conversation concerning a refund for atleast that! Mr Wang instead told me to buy a $1000 US generator for the trailer that they are not funding when it is their fault. Alibaba has been no help at all. I carefully but together evidence and presented to them and all they are concerned about is finding loop holes. When I first messaged Mr. Wang on Alibaba website he asked for my cell number. I realize now that this was the first step in his plan to scam me because the cell he whats app me from is not his official cell number listed on Alibaba. I have photo proof. He proceeded to whats app me and tried to get me to pay via wire transfer as well. Luckily I was smart to reject that and I paid via Alibaba or I fear I may not have even gotten a trailer!

Please please anyone if you are reading this..do not buy a food trailer from Alibaba and do not buy a food trailer from Tranda Industries Co. I have a friend in china who was helping me fight this but Mr. Wang blocked him on whats app. Mr Wang number is +8618561334822.

I am not a competitor. Any one can ask me for any details and I will show them. I am an actual consumer from the Bahamas. I have their banking information and everything. All sent to my whats app that Alibaba won’t even take into consideration. Think about it, I was whats apped by Mr Wang, I paid via Alibaba site and got the trailer that was discussed on whats app (to an extent). Obviously it is the same person!! Even the link to pay for the trailer via Alibaba was sent on my whats app. At this point, Alibaba just does not want to have suppliers on their site take accountability.

Never communicate off of the platform. Any conversations on the platform will stand a better chance of having the manufacturer be accountable.
