User Experience:
Beware scammers. Mohammad Elawady failed to fulfill his obligations under the contract.
Unfortunately, I cooperated with this translation agency.
Great feedback when work needed to be done.
The deadline for the delivery of the project is usually as soon as possible, while to enhance the sense of urgency, they say that the translation was needed yesterday. Every 15 minutes you are asked when it will be ready ready.
Once the project is ready, the feedback is lost. No confirmation of receipt.
Months later, manager Esraa Farouk sent me other people’s files with alleged errors in the text and deducted huge amounts from my salary.
When I said it wasn’t even my job, she just stopped responding. That is, one can imagine what chaos is in the company if completely different projects are considered as the same.
There was also a case when another manager slipped me free of charge to check someone else’s work.
The payment system is arranged in such a way that it is impossible to receive it: either the amount is too small, then “the bank does not work”, then “we are not working with this now” (although it is indicated in the purchase order as one of the methods. If you say that the payment system does not work in your country, they will definitely say that they can only pay through this system. But most often they do not answer questions about payment.
I decided to contact their director Mohammad Elawady, but he also began to lie, such as “banks do not work”, “wait a week” (ignores in a week) and the most ridiculous excuse “we have zero on the account.” He even copy-pasted the text of their purchase order, where the payment methods are indicated, removing from there the method that suits me. This is the behavior of a director (CEO).
They ended up not paying me about $1500.00.
I fulfilled my part of the contract, but Mohammad Elawady did not.
The PO states that if you do not receive payment within a year, then they are not required to pay you.
