We have written to them asking for compensation. In some cases, they didn’t compensate us by re-sending us the new materials from direct manufactory. However, they did not compensate us for replacement, we suffered monetarily to bring & deliver to our buyer in the Philippines.
On another occasion, they argued that the products supplied by them is PVC RESIN K65, I have all the evidence that the products they supply is SILICA SAND.
Whatever that we are supplying to this industry is of high standard and right products. Quality is our number one priority as a supplier and distributor. We will not deliver the wrong products which is the buyer never order from us.
