We purchased SUS bar for 1 x 20′ FCL from this company in 2021. Before placing order, we got free sample 2pcs of SUS bar pieces by DHL collect and found material is OK.
We paid 50% in advance and waited, and even got container loading photos and sealing photos before delivery. After every photo was inspected, we made 50% balance payment and got B/L.
But as soon as cargo arrived us, we were shocked to see full of useless rusted steel bar with even about half amount only. Though we immediately contacted Luyi and claimed for wrong cargo, they repeated the cargo was sent wrongly from their factory and will check again. We contacted them continuously by phone, email, even WeChat. But they no longer answered and even threated us they will sue us for damaging their reputation because we left bad words in their Facebook account as comments. We did everything to get back our funds but still in vain. Chinese governments did nothing to punish this kind of scammers.
