User Experience:
In October – November 2021, we negotiated with them in order to buy the component ref LS1043AXE7PQB. I did a first payment of 12 122.16 euro on October 22 2021. After a long time, we received the component and sent them to the test lab Serma, in France. After 8 weeks (time for them to realised the test), they informed me that the part are counterfeit. We informed BD electronics about the situation, and they asked us to send back the component.

We have been hesitating due to the risk of sending back the part, and to not be refund after. They didn’t want to refund us before any component back. We did sent back the part, in order to solve the situation. But now, they refused to refund us and just propose to consider that as a credit note for future orders.
People must avoid this company.
