We bought a full container of stainless steel tubes in November 2021 from Shadong Huayao International Trade. We found them in Alibaba.com and start a negotiation.
We’ve checked their licenses and was everything ok.
So we’ve made a 30% payment and they start the “production”. After sometime, I’ve asked for the documentation and they send to me everything ok. BL, packing list, Proforma, etc…
But when the container has arrived in Brazil, they only send to me 5 tons of galvanized tubes. So the Brazilian Ravenue arrested the container because the documentation was so different from the container, principally in the weight.
When I’ve came back to them, they said that they send everything ok, and that the photos of the opening of the container, taken by the Brazilian inspector, would not be valid and that I was trying to deceive them.
so they stopped cooperating, and stop to answer me.
Their employee Dalila, confessed to me that the company was a scam company and that she wanted to get out of there.
